Industrial Grade Block Jointing Mortar is a versatile high quality mixture that is designed to provide strength and adhesion to walls constructed by AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks etc. The Mortar is a combination of cement, graded sand and blended polymers to impart high strength and water retention properties. The Mortar is free flowing powder, working temperature from 25 ° C to 27 ° C and humidity from -45 to 55%. The Mortar is ready to use and has the feature of no shrinkage cracks, high bond strength and no curing is required. The Mortar saves considerable time and labour and is easy to store and no hassle to procure loose and unprocessed raw material for masonry. The Mortar should be spread on the surface to a uniform thickness from 2 to 3 mm and is advised to moisten the blocks before laying. The Industrial Grade Block Jointing Mortar contains non toxic material and should be stored in dry conditions in the original unopened bags and shelf life is of 6 months if stored in dry and controlled moisture free space.
